Check Statistical Information

Overview

This document describes the statistics functions within ONE store Developer Center.

Default information

You can check at once the key indicators of the products on sale at ONE store. Some data in the following information might be aggregated in a different manner temporarily while optimizing the data.

  • New installations: it indicates the number of users who download the corresponding product on ONE store (either the number of re-installations after deletion or the number of updates shall not be reflected here).

  • Number of users: it indicates the number of users who access the corresponding product. Even though you have accessed the product several times in a day, the number of users will be counted as one person (this information is an indicator provided by ‘Mobile Index’. It may have some gaps with the actual number of the product users).

  • Purchase user: it aggregates the number of users who make in-app purchases within an app (even though one user has purchased many in-apps, the purchase user will be counted as one person).

  • Number of purchases: it aggregates the total number of in-app purchases made within an app.

  • Sales: it indicates the sales generated within the corresponding product during the corresponding period. This data will be separately aggregated from settlement data.

1. Apps data

  • It provides the key indicators of the selected product as daily chart data. You can check at once the flows of the key indicators. It offers daily data of the past 7 days or up to the past 30 days.

  • The default information also provides data on the retention rate of the corresponding product.

  • Retention rate: the rate will be provided as the weekly tally. It aggregates the number of users who revisit on a weekly basis (up to 8 weeks) by targeting the users who access during the corresponding period (this is an indicator provided by ‘Mobile Index’. It may have some gaps with the actual retention rate).

1-1) Details information screen by product

  • When you choose the title of each chart in the default information, you can check the status of the selected indicator by ‘day’, ‘week’, and ‘month’.

  • Check weekly data: if you select ‘Weekly’ and then a specific date in the period setup, you will be provided with the weekly data from Monday to Sunday that includes the specific date.

  • While checking daily data, you will also be able to see the moving average of the past 30 days and the progresses of the corresponding product (the moving average of the number of users will not be provided).

  • If you click on the ‘=’ button, you will be provided with several features, including Excel and PDF export.

2. Market data

This information is provided by ‘Mobile Index’. Some data might be aggregated in a different manner while optimizing the data, and the aggregate data for all Android markets is provided.

2-1) Information on period setup

  • As for the daily data, you can check the data from 3 days ago.

  • As for the weekly data, you can check the past week’s data (Monday to Sunday) on every Wednesday. If you select ‘Weekly’ and then a specific date in the period setup, you will be provided with the weekly data from Monday to Sunday that includes the specific date.

  • As for the monthly data, you can check the past month’s data (from 1st day to the last day of the month) on the 3rd day of every month.

2-2) Rankings in number of users

  • It provides the ranking data ranging from 1st to 1,000th places depending on the number of users during the set period.

  • Categories and business classifications are based on the internal classification of 'Mobile Index'.

2-3) Rankings in total installations

  • The rankings in the total installations provide monthly data only.

  • Categories and business classifications are based on the internal classification of 'Mobile Index'.

2-4) Rankings in new installations

  • It indicates new installations in which re-installation after deletion, or update is not reflected.

  • Categories and business classifications are based on the internal classification of 'Mobile Index'.

2-5) Rankings in total use time

  • It provides rankings by aggregating the user’s use time of the corresponding product during the set period.

  • Categories and business classifications are based on the internal classification of 'Mobile Index'.
