If the User receives a discount through coupons, points, or mobile carrier membership benefits provided by ONE store, the service fee rate applied to the discounted amount is 50%.\ (However, for App or In-app product sales made through ONE store before June 30, 2018, the service fee rate is 30%.)\ When selling products through ONEshop, the service fee rate is 8% of the total amount paid by the User.\ The Developer will receive the remaining amount after the service fee is deducted from the product price.\ \ \* The total payment amount and service fees from ONE store include VAT. ## **Service Fee Rate for Third Party Payment** If a Third Party Payment method is used instead of the payment methods provided by ONE store, the service fee rate is **5%**.\ Developers must submit sales history of Third Party Payment in the format specified by ONE store. Based on the submitted documents, the calculated service fee must be transferred to the virtual account designated by ONE store by the due date (the 25th of the month following the sales month). ## **Service Fee Rate for Subscription-Based Products on ONE store** If a Developer sells a Subscription-based product using the recurring payment feature available in ONE store's In-app Payment SDK version 21 or higher, the service fee rate is 10% of the User's payment amount.\ Discounts such as coupons, points, and mobile carrier membership benefits provided by ONE store do not affect the service fee rate for ONE store Subscription-based products. This fee rate also cannot be combined with other discount programs.\ \ \* The total payment amount and service fees from ONE store include VAT. ## **ONE store Media Contents Program** **Service Fee Rate for Media Content Ecosystem Win-Win Program**\ \ If an App or In-app product is sold under ONE store’s Media Content Ecosystem Win-Win Program, the service fee rate is 10% of the User’s payment amount.\ (Depending on transaction volume, number of subscriptions, and price stability, the fee rate may be reduced to as low as 6%.)\ Discounts such as coupons, points, or mobile carrier membership benefits provided by ONE store do not apply to the service fee rate under the Media Content Ecosystem Win-Win Program.\ \ \* The total payment amount and service fees from ONE store include VAT. ## Service Fee Reduction Benefit for Small and Medium-Sized Developers To support Small and Medium-Sized Developers, a reduced Service Fee rate will be applied to eligible Developers.\ Among Developers who sell Apps or In-app purchases through ONE store App, if the monthly transaction amount is at or below the threshold amount, the Service Fee rate applied **for the relevant sales month only** will be **50% of the base Service Fee rate** applicable to each App and In-app purchase. The threshold amount applies to Developers whose **aggregated monthly transaction amount is USD 5,000 or less**. * Depending on whether the Developer is a **Developer(South Korea)** or a **Developer(other than South Korea)**, the monthly transaction amount is aggregated based on the **Business Registration Number** or **seller member ID**, and the **exchange rate as of the 1st day of the month following the sales month** is applied. * Transaction amounts in **United States**, as well as **Third Party Payment** (i.e., payments not made through ONE store App), are excluded from the reduced Service Fee rate.\ These excluded items are also excluded from the calculation of the threshold transaction amount used to determine eligibility. * Transaction amounts from ONEshop are excluded from both the reduced Service Fee rate and the calculation of the threshold transaction amount used to determine eligibility. * Cancellation amounts in the current month for transactions that occurred in a previous sales month are excluded from the threshold transaction amount calculation. This discount policy cannot be applied in combination with any other Service Fee reduction program. \* The total payment amount and service fees from ONE store include VAT. ## ONE play Service Fees and Service Fee Rates **1. In-App Payment (IAP) Service Fee Rate** For in-app purchase items sold within web games provided through ONEplay, the service fee is 30% of the amount paid by the user. When in-app purchase items are sold within web games on ONEplay and the purchase amount is discounted through discount methods provided by ONE store, such as coupons, points, or telecom carrier memberships (hereinafter "CCP"), a service fee of 50% applies to that discounted amount. **2. In-App Advertising (IAA) Revenue Distribution** Advertising revenue generated from in-app advertising (IAA) in Web Games provided through ONEplay shall be distributed at a ratio of 70% to the developer and 30% to ONE store. In this case, "advertising revenue" means the amount obtained by deducting advertising-network and mediation fees from the total advertising sales generated through advertisement impressions. **3. Exclusion from Service Fee Reduction Programs** The ONE play service fee rates shall be excluded from the service fee reduction benefit for small and medium-sized developers and from other service fee rate reduction programs, and shall not be included in the calculation of the threshold transaction amount used to determine eligibility for such programs. **4. Method of Payment** The developer shall be paid the amount remaining after deducting the service fee from the item price (or advertising revenue). \* The total payment amount and service fees from ONE store include VAT.
