This is the menu for managing the distribution Countries/Regions required for app sales. Each item can be modified unless it is in the 'In Review' or 'Scheduled' status.

Distribution Information

Countries/Regions

  • Select the checkboxes to set the Countries/Regions where the app will be distributed.

  • Windows apps can only be distributed in South Korea and are serviced through ONE GameLoop.

  • App information should be provided in an appropriate language for users in each Country/Region.

  • The recommended language for each Country/Region refers to the language most commonly used in that region, and it is advisable to provide the app in that language.

  • If multilingual support is needed, additional languages can be provided.

Examples:

  • Singapore: English

  • South Korea: Korean

  • Taiwan: Traditional Chinese

  • United States: English

Providing an appropriate language for the Country/Region where the app will be distributed enhances the user experience. You can attract more users by setting additional languages beyond the recommended language.

The app is currently being registered. You can proceed with the distribution process by submitting a ‘Request for Review’

Ready to Publish

The app has passed review but has not been published yet. You can start publishing through ‘Windows Distribution Management’.

Published

The app is currently published.

Unpublished

The app is unpublished.

  • New users cannot install the app, but reinstallation is allowed for existing users.

  • In-app purchases are allowed.

Delete

The app has been excluded from the selected countries/regions.

  • Users cannot install the app or make in-app purchases.

Sales Prohibited

The app is restricted from sale due to operational policies.

  • Users cannot install the app or make in-app purchases.

Important Notes for Setting Distribution Information

  • You must check the legal requirements and tax regulations of the selected Countries/Regions.

  • Some Countries/Regions may require additional verification procedures, which may take extra time.

  • Once an app is deleted in a Country/Region, it may not be possible to re-register it. If re-registration is required, please check the Developer Center policies.
