Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://onestore-dev.gitbook.io/dev/eng/docs/review/one-store-review-guideline/restricted-content.md). # Restricted content ## **Unwholesome Content** * Content that discriminates against or is defamatory of religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity/national or group is not allowed. * Content that threatens public safety or undermines social order and international relations is not permitted. * Content that undermines or distorts human dignity and values due to excessive violence and hateful elements is not allowed. * Content that plans, prepares, or glorifies violence, harassment, bullying, etc. against civilians is not allowed. * Products containing sexual content, such as pornography, profanity, or content or services intended to provide sexual gratification are not permitted. Even sexually suggestive content, such as nudity, may be allowed if art, education, documentary, or science are the primary objectives and are not included unnecessarily. * If a product contains content that violates these guidelines, but the content is deemed appropriate in specific regions or countries, users in that regions or countries may use the product. However, users in other regions or countries shall not use the product. ## **Illegality Content** * We don’t allow products that facilitate or promote illegal activities. * Products that do not comply with the laws of the service destination country shall not be accepted. * For giveaways, contests, and promotional events, it's essential to clearly state the official rules within the app. ONE Store does not endorse or have any involvement with such activities, and this fact should be explicitly stated in the app, clarifying that ONE Store does not sponsor or have any association with these activities in any manner. * We do not allow any app (sports betting, casino games, horse racing, poker) or lottery apps that use real money to conduct gambling. We don't allow apps that help you gamble illegally, including card counters. * Products that can be used or related to digital sex crimes, such as Illegal Videos and Photos, are not allowed. * Photographs or vidieos or copies taken against the will of the subject; * (Deepfake) Compiled content, composited content, fictitious content, or copies * Videos or copies that express sexual acts by appearing people or expressions that can be recognized as children or juveniles * We don't allow content that promotes prostitution or other services that could be interpreted as offering sexual acts in exchange for compensation, such as conditional encounters. * Products that do not prohibit the creation, upload, or distribution of content that encourages child abuse or exploitation are not permitted and will be immediately banned from ONE store. If you find content that may abuse a child on ONE store products, you can report it through the developer center (). * Products that attract children's attention but contain adult themes, such as cosmetic surgery for beauty purposes, weight loss, and other products that promote negative body image or self-image, are not permitted. * Products that depict or promote the consumption or sale of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol by minors are not permitted. * If the product contains content that violates this guideline, but the content is considered appropriate for users in a particular area, users in that area may use the product. However, users in other regions shall not use the product. * Products that do not prohibit the creation, upload, or distribution of content that encourages child abuse or exploitation are not permitted and will be immediately banned from ONE store. If you find content that may abuse a child on ONE store products, you can report it through the developer center (for countries and regions outside the U.S., ; for the U.S., ). ## Financial Products * If you provide or promote services related to financial products, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in each region or country where such products are offered or made available. * Products that are deemed to involve risks of illegal activities such as money laundering or terrorist financing through the use of financial products are not allowed. * Products that promote or induce illegal lending using payment methods (such as credit cards, gift cards, or carrier billing) are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, schemes where users are encouraged to purchase gift cards or similar goods using micropayment methods such as telecom billing services, and the purchased goods are then bought back at a discount, thereby creating a structure of unlawful fund circulation or disguised lending. * If your product offers personal loans (including those that directly provide loans, connect consumers with third-party lenders, or act as lead generators), you must clearly and prominently disclose all loan terms, including the maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and the maturity date. * Products offering personal loans may not charge a maximum APR exceeding 36%, including all related fees and costs, and may not require full repayment within 60 days from the date the loan is issued. ## **Virtual Assets (Cryptocurrency)** * If your product provides services related to virtual assets (cryptocurrency)—such as the buying, selling, exchange, transfer, custody, management, brokerage, or wallet services—or promotes, connects, mediates, or advertises such services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in each region or country where the service is offered or made available. * Products that are deemed to involve risks of illegal activities such as money laundering or terrorist financing through virtual assets are not allowed. * Products that mine virtual assets using the user’s device are not allowed. * If your product targets users in the Republic of Korea, it is only allowed if the business operator has completed registration as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU), pursuant to the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information. * For distribution outside of Korea, including but not limited to Singapore, Taiwan, and the United States, your product must comply with all licensing, registration, or reporting requirements under the financial and virtual asset-related laws and regulations of each applicable country or region.
