Global Settlement

Overview

If you have sold paid products on the ONE store Global platform, you can check your sales/settlement/payment history in the "ONE store Global" menu. Global settlement provides a separate menu and invoice document.

Types	Description
Exchange rate	The exchange rate of the 1st day of the following month after the sales month will be applied. (Based on the rate of the Seoul Money Brokerage. If the 1st day is a holiday, the exchange rate of the previous business day will be applied.)
Currency Unit	Sales Report/Payments history The service provider varies by service country, and the currency unit differs accordingly. VAT agency payment	Agent model - The developer is obligated to pay VAT; however, the service provider may pay VAT on behalf of the developer, depending on the tax laws of each country/region. - ONE store determines residency based on the countries/regions-specific tax ID that the developer has directly entered in the developer center’s member information section. For more information, see the “Country/Region-specific Tax Information” menu. - Any issues arising by incorrect tax payment numbers or other errors are the responsibility of the developer.
Document	Separate invoices are issued for amounts generated on the ONE Store domestic platform, and the format may vary depending on the country. Payment Policy	Remittances are processed as follows, depending on the service provider. Type Developer Residency Remittance Schedule ONE store South Korea For sales from the previous month, payments are deposited at the end of each month, separate from the amounts generated on the ONE Store domestic platform. ONE store Outside South Korea You can request a remittance if the cumulative remittance amount exceeds $100. Applications can be submitted between the 15th and 25th of each month using the [Request Remittance] button displayed in the Settlement Status menu. ONE Store covers the remittance fees, but any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the developer.
