About the Intellectual Property Protection Center

ONE store is operating the Intellectual Property Protection Center in order to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

If an intellectual property rights infringement is witnessed within ONE store, please report it to the Intellectual Property Protection Center. We will do our best to handle the issue in accordance with the related regulations for the intellectual property protection of the rights holder.

Reporting Procedures

If any act of intellectual property rights infringement is witnessed, an intellectual property rights holder or representative can make a report.

When infringement is confirmed, sales will be prohibited in accordance with the 'Terms of Software Sales'. See below for more detailed procedures.

  1. Reporting - File a report if an infringement of intellectual property rights occurs due to a product in ONE store. - When reporting, attach a 'Request for Copy and Transmission Suspension'. - Additional documents may be requested in accordance with the contents of the report.

  • In accordance with the contents of the report, infringement reports will result in a notification to the reporter and developer accused of infringement.

  • In accordance with Enforcement Decree Of The Copyright Act, infringement reports will result in the reporter's information being sent to the developer accused of infringement.

  1. Confirmation of Infringement - Infringement will be confirmed according to related laws or regulations, judicial decisions of legal authorities, etc.

  2. Sales Prohibition - When infringement is confirmed, sales of the reported product will be prohibited.

  3. Result Notification - Notifications regarding the infringement report and sales prohibition will be sent to the reporter and developer. - Any developer who wants to raise an objection to the result can send a 'Request for Copy and Transmission Resumption' along with documents for vindication.
