How are developers classified on ONE store?

  • ONE store is an open market where developers at home and abroad can distribute and sell their apps. Developers in Korea can join us as Individual Developer/Individual Business/Corporate Business. Developers outside Korea can join us as Individual Developer or Business.

How can I sell paid apps?

  • You are required to register your information for payment to sell paid apps (including in-apps) and to receive payment for the sales of the apps.

What documentation should I submit when I enter Information for Payment?

What should I do when information in the business registration certificate is changed?

  • When there is change in the business information, please send the changed version of that documentation to us via e-mail. We will reflect the change after receiving the documents.

  • When you send us an e-mail, please give us the information below.

    • Developers ID :

    • Changed Item : ex) Representative's name, business address, etc.

    • Reason for Change :

    • Changed documents :

      ex) Business Registration Certificate, Seal Registration Certificate, Mail-order Business License

How can I deactivate my account on ONE store?

  • If you want to deactivate your T store account, please log in to ONE Store Developer Center and deactivate your account at My Page. ONE store Developer Center > My account > Membership withdrawal

    • You cannot view Transaction Details after deactivating your account. You must stop the sales of your published apps and in-apps, check the amount owed to you at Transaction Details, and deactivate your account after the payment is made.

    • Please be sure that if you have the amount owed to you when you deactivate your account, you cannot receive the amount after making your account inactive. Thus, you must check the amount owed, receive the payment and then deactivate your account.

When I report a mail-order business, should I get a certificate of the safe purchase service issued?

  • As we adopt a form of deferred payment, not a mail order business with advance payment as stipulated in Paragraph (1) of Chapter 13 of Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

  • If you have a mail order business with advance payment (payment is made to you before your products are shipped to customers), you must submit 「Certificate of the Safe Purchase Service」 when you report a mail-order business.

  • Please contact your District/City official, fill in a request form for a certificate which indicates you are not subject to the safe purchase service and request the issue of a mail-order business license.

    • Contact and notify your District/City official of a form of deferred payment

    • Fill in a request form for a certificate which indicates you are not subject to the safe purchase service

    • Get a mail-order business license issued.

I do not want to expose the customer support contact information of published apps.

  • According to Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc., you are obliged to expose customer support contact information on T store, including the company name, e-mail, business address. Thus, you have no way but to display your customer support contact information on T store.

    Paragraph 4 of Article 20 (Responsibility of Mail Order Broker)

    The mail order broker shall supply the consumer with a method of perusing the information on the identity of the business operator who has requested the brokerage of mail order, and in case where the person who has requested the brokerage of mail order is not a business operator, he shall supply the parties concerned of the transaction being the objects of the brokerage of mail order with a method of perusing the information on the other party of the transaction regarding matters prescribed by the Presidential Decree such as address and telephone number.

Can I change my membership to an individual business operator or corporate business operator?

  • You can change your membership from the "My Account > Membership Change" menu.

    • If you are an individual developer, you can change to an individual or corporate business operator.

    • An individual business operator can be changed to a corporate business operator.

    • Please note that corporate business operators cannot change memberships. If you need to change your membership, please proceed with the membership sign-up.

How do I change the Customer Support Contact Information of published apps?

  • The Customer Support Contact Information can be entered for each app registered.

    • For individual developers

      • Company name and e-mail can be changed from Apps > Applications > App Info > Customer Support Contact Information.

    • For individual/corporate business operators

      • The company name displayed in "My Account > Membership Information > Business Registration Information" cannot be changed.

      • The representative name displayed in "My Account > Membership Information > Settlement Information" cannot be changed.

        • If the settlement information is not entered, the name from "My Account > Membership Information > Information on person in charge" may be displayed.

      • E-mail and phone number can be changed from Apps > Applications > App Info > Customer Support Contact Information.

I forgot the password for my Developer Center account. What should I do?

  • Go to "Find Password" from the login screen, enter your ID, then proceed with the mobile phone verification.

  • Once the mobile phone verification is complete, a temporary password will be sent to the email you used to sign up.

  • If your mobile phone number has changed, please contact us at devhelper@onestore.net and we will promptly resolve the issue.

My account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. What should I do?

  • If the password is incorrect 5 times, the CAPTCHA authentication will be required, so please be sure to enter the correct password.

    • 10 failed login attempts will lock your account. If this happens, a temporary password will be sent to the email you used to sign up, which you can use to log in.

  • If you do not receive a temporary password, please proceed to "Find password."

Issues with account verification.

  • The compatibility with the actual bank computer network must be checked for account verification. Therefore, verification can only be completed when the account information registered in the actual computer network is entered correctly.

    • In most cases, verification fails due to the account holder information being different. Please double check the account holder information at your bank before proceeding.

  • If you have checked the above but continue to face issues with account verification, please send the following information to ONE store Developer Center or devhelper@onestore.net.

I have suddenly been logged out while using the Developer Center.

  • The Developer Center does not allow duplicate access to accounts.

  • In the event several people need to log in, please create an account from "Account Settings > Sub-Account Management" and use it.

  • The created sub-account can set access rights according to the purpose of use.
