Service fee

The service fee for products, including Apps and In-app products, sold after the July 1st, 2018 is 20 %

• The service fee for Applications and In-App product in ONE store is 30%, which sold before June 30th, 2018.

• However, the service fee on the amount of the transaction using the discount method such as coupon / point / carrier membership provided by the store is 50 %.

• (The service fee prior to June 30, 2018 is 30%)

• ONE store pays remaining amount excluding service fees from the amount subject to product price.

• The sales and settlement amount includes VAT.

3rd party payment Service Fee

• In case of use 3rd party payment without ONE store In-App SDK, the service fee is 5%

• The member-the seller should send the sales details through 3rd party payment API in a manner specified by the ONE store, and transfer the service fee calculated based on the sales details to the virtual account specified by the store by the 25th days of the month.

Media contents program utilization rates when applied

When selling in-app products of the Media contents program Program, the service fee rate is 10% of the payment amount. (depending on the transaction volume, payment cycle and price difference, a minimum of 6% is applied.) Discounts, such as coupons, points, and memberships of telecommunication companies provided by ONE store cannot be applied to the service fee rate of the Media contents program Program. * ONE store’s payment amount and service rates are all VAT included.
